Privacy policy

What we collect

• Your name, username, email address, mobile number and date of birth.
• Delivery addresses, including landmarks you give us to help couriers.
• Orders, and any payment screenshots and reference numbers you upload.
• Sign-in times, so we can spot account misuse.

Why we collect it

To decide on your membership application, to take and deliver your orders, to reconcile payments, and to contact you about an order. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Payment screenshots

Proof-of-payment images are held in private storage and are reachable only through short-lived links issued to you or to an administrator. They are never published at a guessable address.

The member directory

The directory is off by default. It appears only if you switch it on, and it shows your display name, avatar and join date — never your email address, mobile number, addresses or order history.

Live chat on the sign-in page

If you message us from the sign-in page before you have an account, we keep the name, the mobile number or Facebook link, and the messages you send, so Customer Service can answer you. Only our administrators see them.

Your rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act you may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Ask an administrator through any of the contact channels on the site and we will action it. Some order records are kept where we are required to retain them.

Who can see your data

Cannawys Empire administrators, and no one else. Other members never see your contact details or your orders.
